Express Employment Professionals on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a Cook/Dietary Aid to join a local Company in Louisville, NE!

Position Details:
•    Type: Temp to Hire
•    Schedule: 11am – 7:30pm
•    Location: Louisville, NE    
•    Pay/Salary: Up to $23/Hr. 

Job Duties:
•    Prepare and cook large quantities of food according to recipes, menus, and production schedules.
•    Follow portion control guidelines and dietary restrictions as required.
•    Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
•    Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    Previous experience in mass cooking/high-volume food preparation.
•    Ability to work in hot kitchen environments.
•    Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment.
•    Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and carry food products and supplies.
