Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an HVAC company in Englewood, CO! The ideal candidate will support the customer operations team by handling customer communications, answering general questions and passing requests to the right person with clear notes.

Job Highlights:

• Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails promptly.
• Respond to customer text messages with clear, accurate information.
• Reply to emails and helpdesk tickets in a timely, professional manner.
• Answer general questions using scripts, FAQs and the information available in our systems.
• Pass along requests that need another team (such as scheduling, permits, rebates or service) to the right person, with clear notes.
• Handle upset or escalated customers in a calm, professional manner, and bring in a lead or manager when needed.
• Document every customer interaction in our CRM and ticketing system.

What we look for:

• 1+ year of Customer Service experience [experience in home services, HVAC or energy is a plus!]
• Fast, detailed and accurate typing and documentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
