Production Line Lead / A Operator

Ready to step up from simply running a machine to taking ownership of the entire production line? We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Line Lead / A Operator who can keep people, equipment, materials, safety, and production moving in the right direction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of an assigned production line
• Operate automatic and semi-automatic production equipment
• Assign and rotate team members to maintain efficient production
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments
• Keep materials and components available to prevent downtime
• Monitor Safety, Quality, GMP, and PPE requirements
• Train, coach, and provide direction to production employees
• Complete production paperwork and ERP transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, production-ready work area
• Communicate equipment, staffing, quality, and production issues to supervision
• Ensure smooth shift-to-shift handoffs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of production or manufacturing leadership experience
• 1–2 years of mechanical experience or strong mechanical aptitude
• Machine operation and troubleshooting experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lead employees and hold the team accountable
• Knowledge of Safety, Quality, GMP, and PPE standards
• Basic computer and math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work overtime as required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly
• Comfortable with repetitive reaching, bending, stooping, and hand/arm movements
• Able to work throughout a manufacturing environment
