Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for a distribution warehouse in Hialeah, FL. This position involves picking and packing merchandise, scanning products, preparing orders for shipment, and assisting with general warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack merchandise accurately according to customer orders.

• Use handheld scanners to scan products, verify items, and process orders.

• Label, package, and prepare merchandise for shipping.

• Sort, organize, and stock products in designated warehouse locations.

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming merchandise.

• Verify product quantities and ensure orders are accurate.

• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Follow warehouse procedures and meet daily productivity goals.

Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or general labor experience preferred.

• Familiarity with handheld scanners and inventory systems is a plus.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving merchandise.
