We're looking for a hands on Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a mechanical mindset. This position starts on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Location: Nappanee, IN
Pay: $27–$32/hour, based on experience
Schedule: 1st shift training → 2nd shift
Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
Keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Previous industrial maintenance or equipment repair experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Electrical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and solving problems.
Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd.
$27–$32/hour, depending on experience with shift premium.
Opportunity to train on 1st shift before transitioning.
Hands on maintenance work with opportunities to use your troubleshooting skills.
