Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Grill Cook for a short-term assignment in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate must have strong cooking skills, excellent time management, and the ability to maintain food quality and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meats, burgers, chicken, and other grilled menu items.

• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely.

• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and quality standards.

• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and customer orders.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cooking station.

• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen cleanup.

• Complete orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous grill cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food preparation and safe cooking temperatures.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.

• Flexibility to assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
