Warehouse Picker – Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory.

• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.

• Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.

• Organize and stage completed orders for shipping.

• Report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse picking experience preferred.

• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Electric pallet jack experience preferred.

• Must be dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
