Job Title: Warehouse Replenishment Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Replenishment Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory levels, replenishing picking locations, and ensuring products are properly stocked to support daily warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory in designated picking and storage locations.

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks as needed.

• Move products from reserve storage to active picking locations.

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.

• Ensure products are accurately labeled, stocked, and organized.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse or replenishment experience preferred.

• Forklift or reach truck experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Basic understanding of warehouse inventory procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.

• Must follow all warehouse safety guidelines.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
