Pool Service Technician

Full-Time | $18–$20 per Hour | Monday–Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Pool Service Technician to maintain swimming pools and ensure proper water quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can work independently while providing reliable service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain swimming pools on a regular service schedule.

• Test, monitor, and adjust pool water chemistry to maintain proper balance.

• Inspect pools and equipment, identify potential issues, and report problems promptly.

• Communicate professionally with customers and management regarding service needs and concerns.

• Maintain accurate service records and provide updates on completed work.

• Safely handle pool chemicals and service equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• No felony convictions.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience.

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
