Field Services Supervisor – Electronic Access Control

Location: Houston, TX 77064
Travel: Up to 100% throughout Texas; occasional out-of-state travel

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Access Control (EAC) Field Services Supervisor to oversee low-voltage security installations, field technicians, and project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and manage field technicians and installers.

• Oversee access control, CCTV, networking, and low-voltage installations.

• Coordinate schedules, labor, and resources to complete projects on time and within budget.

• Troubleshoot electronic access control systems, door controllers, badge readers, and magnetic locks.

• Conduct field inspections, quality checks, and enforce safety standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in electronic security, fire alarms, or low-voltage systems.

• 5+ years managing medium to large installation projects.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of access control systems, IP networking, and blueprint reading.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Industry certifications (Brivo, Axis, Milestone, etc.) are a plus.
