What You'll Do

As a Material Handler, you will support warehouse, production, inventory, and shipping operations by safely moving materials throughout the facility.

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck forklift to transport materials and finished products
• Move pallets from inventory to production areas for labeling and processing
• Remove completed product from production lines and return it to inventory
• Stage finished goods for shipping and customer orders
• Support inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
• Perform quality checks and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Ideally 2 years of Reach Truck operating experience
• Previous experience as a Forklift Operator, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Technician, or Shipping/Receiving Associate
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Experience moving inventory in racking systems and warehouse storage locations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Forklift Certification
• Prior quality assurance, inventory control, or cycle counting experience
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Shipping and receiving experience
