Overview

Ready to take the lead and help a manufacturing team run more smoothly? We're looking for an experienced production planning leader to coordinate scheduling, inventory, order entry, and production priorities while bringing teams together, improving processes, and keeping operations on track.

Duties

• Lead and support a team responsible for production scheduling, expediting, order entry, and document control.
• Develop and maintain accurate production plans based on customer demand, available capacity, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate priorities across departments to keep production moving efficiently and meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor schedules, identify potential delays or resource shortages, and address issues before they impact production.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to manage planning data, track materials, and support production decisions.
• Improve workflows, communication, and processes to help the planning team work together effectively.
• Partner with production and other departments to resolve scheduling challenges and continuously improve operations.
