A leading producer and distributor of high-quality insulation is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and general warehouse operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with basic electrical or mechanical knowledge who is hands-on, dependable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining equipment, troubleshooting basic issues, performing minor facility repairs, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
Use hand tools to complete minor repairs.
Help troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
Assist with facility upkeep, including doors, shelving, and fixtures.
Help move materials and organize warehouse supplies.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge.
Familiarity with hand tools.
Maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
