Salary: $21-23/hour
Pay: $21–$23/hour + Mileage Reimbursement
We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and service work at various locations. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position.
Perform general building and facility maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance issues
Complete preventative maintenance and service calls
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Travel between job sites as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Previous maintenance, facilities, mechanical, construction, or skilled-trade experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Your own vehicle you will use for the job and valid driver's license required
Must have your own standard hand tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks
