Fiber Optic Cable Assembler

Location: Ventura, CA

Pay: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a **Fiber Optic Cable Assembler** with a specialized manufacturing company in Ventura.

This is a hands-on precision assembly position working with fiber optic cables and small components used in highly specialized applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing detailed work, following precise instructions, and learning technical manufacturing processes.

 What You'll Do

 * Assemble fiber optic cables and components*

* Work with small, delicate parts requiring precision and attention to detail

* Operate spooling and polishing equipment

* Perform basic testing and inspection of completed cable assemblies

* Follow detailed work instructions and established production procedures* Inspect products for quality and accuracy

* Package completed fiber optic assemblies

* Support additional production tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

* 1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

* Experience with small-part assembly, cable/wire assembly, electronics, medical device, or other precision manufacturing** is a plus

* Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

* Ability to perform detailed and repetitive work

* Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions

* Strong attention to quality

* Dependable attendance and punctuality

* Willingness to learn fiber optic assembly processes

*Previous fiber optic experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with the right assembly background and aptitude.
