Production Operator

Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a local manufacturing company in Blair, NE!

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Location: Blair, NE
• Pay/Salary: Starting at $23.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Operate and adjust production machinery.
• Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure product quality and follow production standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or agricultural experience preferred; willing to train motivated candidates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain safety standards, and support production goals.
