Mover / Moving Associate

Location: New Berlin, WI
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Overtime Available

Job Summary

We are seeking hardworking, dependable Movers to join our growing team in New Berlin, WI. As a Moving Associate, you will help safely pack, load, transport, and unload household and commercial items while providing excellent customer service. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and other household or business items
• Safely move items while preventing damage to customer property
• Wrap, pack, and secure belongings for transport
• Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed
• Operate hand trucks, dollies, straps, and other moving equipment
• Assist with inventory and item tracking
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete local residential and commercial moving assignments

Qualifications

• Previous moving, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
• Valid driver's license is a plus but not required
