About the Opportunity

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Muskego, WI. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a team that produces quality products. Training is provided, and previous assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Package completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
