Looking for a steady weekday schedule, a professional office environment, and an opportunity to earn some extra income? Express Employment Professionals is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives for an exciting short-term project in Grand Rapids, MN!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, has a friendly and confident phone presence, and is comfortable working with computers. No complicated sales pitches or cold-calling experience required! You'll be provided with a script, contact list, and clear instructions to help you succeed.

This temporary assignment is expected to last approximately 2-3 months.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound phone calls using a provided contact list
• Follow a prepared script to deliver clear, accurate information
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and confident phone presence
• Navigate a computer application to manage calls and record information
• Keep accurate records and track progress throughout the day
• Follow established procedures and work toward daily calling goals
• Communicate with your supervisor when questions or issues arise

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate applications
• Ability to read and follow a script accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Comfortable making multiple phone calls throughout the day
• Previous customer service, call center, or phone experience is a plus!
