Express Employment Professionals is hiring for our client in Agassiz, BC is hiring a Helper / General Labourer. This role is ideal for individuals with general labour experience who enjoy hands-on work in a shop or manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

The Helper / General Labourer supports shop and production operations through general labour tasks including crate building, packaging, cleaning, and assisting various departments as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with material movement and basic staging
• Build shipping crates using hand tools such as glue guns and basic assembly tools
• Support packing and preparation of finished goods
• Perform general shop duties including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas
• Handle scrap materials and assist with shop upkeep
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and site rules

Qualifications

• Previous general labour or shop helper experience
• Comfortable using basic hand tools (e.g., glue gun)
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience considered an asset
• Forklift experience not required

• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
