Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Alabaster, AL. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to assist with maintaining and repairing equipment to support safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify the cause of equipment malfunctions.

• Assist with preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

• Repair, replace, and adjust mechanical components as needed.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely.

• Identify potential equipment issues and report necessary repairs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or mechanical repair experience preferred.
