Reach Truck Operator

Pay: $20.00+/hr.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift

Job Description: We are currently looking for a qualified Reach Truck Operator for a company located in Hardeeville, SC. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks to retrieve and place pallets in high-bay narrow-aisle racking systems
• Safely maneuver in tight aisle configurations while maintaining full control of the mast and load
• Accurately pick and stage orders based on warehouse management system (WMS) instructions
• Perform put-away of incoming inventory to correct rack locations
• Conduct visual and mechanical safety checks on equipment before each shift
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and location verification
• Communicate with supervisors regarding damaged product, rack issues, or inventory discrepancies
• Adhere to facility safety standards for elevated lifts and narrow-aisle operation

Qualifications:

• Reach truck certification or willingness to be certified on-site
• Experience operating reach trucks in narrow-aisle, high-bay environments
• Strong hand-eye coordination for precise mast control at height
• Comfort working at elevated heights (20+ feet)
