Shipping & Receiving Associate – Warehouse / Manufacturing

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associates for opportunities with established manufacturing and distribution companies.

Candidates should have experience with shipping and receiving procedures, inventory management, warehouse operations and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, pack, label and ship outgoing orders
Receive, unload and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy
Review shipping documents, packing slips and inventory records
Enter and maintain accurate shipping and receiving information in computer systems
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies
Organize materials and maintain accurate inventory levels
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse
Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred
Basic computer and data entry skills required
Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP software or SAP is a plus
Ability to read and verify shipping paperwork and packing slips
Forklift experience is a plus and may be required for certain positions
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs., depending on the position
Strong attention to detail, organization and reliability
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

PAY & BENEFITS
