Schedule: Rotating Night Shift | 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Position: Material Handler

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Material Handlers to support manufacturing and warehouse operations during our night shift. This position is responsible for safely moving, staging, loading, unloading, and supplying materials to production areas while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with materials needed to maintain workflow.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Stage materials in designated locations and ensure proper inventory organization.
• Perform material transfers and transactions using inventory management systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of materials and report discrepancies or damaged products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and production records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work closely with Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality departments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals.

Qualifications

• Previous material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work a rotating night shift schedule.
