This position plays a vital role in maintaining product quality, preparing materials for production, and ensuring customer orders are accurately fulfilled and shipped on time. Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently (Palletizing).
• Inspect products for defects, damage, or quality concerns before shipment.
• Prepare aluminum tracks and materials for painting and production operations.
• Verify inventory, quantities, and product specifications to ensure order accuracy.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions while maintaining productivity goals.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve order fulfillment and quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures, policies, and warehouse standards.

 

Required Qualifications

 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience.
• 1+ years of experience with quality inspections and identifying product defects.
• Palletizing experience
• Familiarity with production preparation or material handling processes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

 

Physical Requirements

 

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks safely and efficiently.
