Commercial Service Coordinator 

Work Hours:   7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. 

Respond to service requests, inquiries and complaints over the phone or in person, to insure maximum goodwill with customers. Coordinate and assign service work to Service Technicians. Assist in writing proposals for commercial maintenance contracts and for extensive service work. Maintain Preventive Maintenance files and diligently work to keep maintenance on schedule as proposed. This job requires the ability to plan, communicate and organize a variety of tasks simultaneously and to work with minimum supervision. The wage range is $23-$25 an hour!  

Daily duties:

1. Take telephone calls from customers and determine how best to serve them.
2. Enter dispatch information in computer.
3. Return calls provided by answering service and voice mail messages.
4. Assign & dispatch work to Service Techs. Enter labor into computer when each service call is complete.
5. Collect invoices from techs and keep a file of work the techs have proposed to the customer. When service is slow call these customers to remind them (and hopefully schedule) that work needs to be completed.
6. Keep track of open service work and reschedule when parts are received or as needed.
7. Contact customers with "parts pending" statuses as parts are received for scheduling.
8. Type repair proposals as needed.
9. Print proposals for maintenance as needed.
10. Manage Planned Maintenance files, including: Entering new PM information, generating renewal invoices, entering renewal information once payment is received, generating PM dispatches, scheduling appointments, reconciling the incorrect Escrow Balances.
11. Sort and distribute completed paperwork from Service Techs.
12. Schedule calls for customers asking for a quote for PM.
13. Support the Residential Service Coordinator as needed.
