Lead Accounting Operations in a Dynamic Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Accounting to oversee all accounting and treasury functions, lead a high-performing accounting team, and provide financial reporting and strategic support to senior leadership. This is a key leadership role responsible for financial accuracy, compliance, budgeting, cash management, audits, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close process and financial statement preparation
• Manage annual and semi-annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze budget variances and present findings to leadership
• Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, cost accounting, and treasury activities
• Manage cash flow and short-term/long-term financing activities
• Direct annual and semi-annual financial audits
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Supervise accounting staff and drive continuous process improvements
• Prepare financial reports, analysis, and ad hoc reporting for executive management
• Support corporate and international reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost accounting, treasury management, and internal controls
• Experience leading audits and financial reporting processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
