Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting dependable, motivated individuals for a Warehouse / Forklift Operator / Counter Sales position in Midland, TX!

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely.

• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock inventory.

• Assist walk-in customers with orders and product inquiries.

• Process counter sales transactions and prepare customer orders.

• Pick, pack, and stage materials for pickup or delivery.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Keep warehouse and sales counter areas clean and organized.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

✅ Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Forklift operating experience preferred.

• Customer service or counter sales experience is a plus.

• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
