About the Role

Do you enjoy working with people, staying active in the community, and using social media to get results? We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic Leasing Consultant & Community Marketing Coordinator to help fill apartments, build relationships with residents, and keep our properties connected to the local community.

This role combines apartment leasing, customer service, and social media marketing. You’ll show apartments, connect with prospective renters, help increase occupancy and renewals, and represent the properties at community events. It’s a great fit for someone personable, organized, and comfortable connecting with college students.

Previous leasing experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Show apartments and help prospective residents find their next home.

• Build positive relationships with college students and other renters.

• Answer phone calls, respond to questions, and provide friendly customer service.

• Create, update, and maintain social media content to promote properties and engage prospective residents.

• Use social media to increase interest, generate leads, and keep the properties relevant.

• Help increase apartment occupancy and resident renewals.

• Represent the properties at local events and serve as a friendly face in the community.

• Assist with day-to-day leasing and office responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills, including a confident phone presence.

• Comfort using social media to engage people and promote a business.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

• Organization, dependability, and the ability to take direction.

• A sales-minded attitude and the confidence to connect with prospective renters.

• A valid driver’s license.
