Double Forklift Operator

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Double Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Pittston, PA. This position is responsible for operating a double forklift to move, stack, stage, and load freight efficiently while supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate has previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Warehouse operations in logistics environments commonly involve handling freight, staging shipments, and supporting transportation activities. 

Responsibilities

• Operate a double forklift to transport, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. 
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently while ensuring product integrity. 
• Stage freight for outbound shipments and place incoming products in designated storage locations. 
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying product counts and identifying discrepancies. 
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. 
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and support cycle counts as needed. 
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. 
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment. 

Qualifications

• Previous double forklift, forklift, or material handling experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
