Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and hardworking General Warehouse Associates for multiple warehouse and distribution center opportunities in and around Olathe, KS. These positions offer a variety of pay rates and shift options to accommodate different schedules and experience levels.

Warehouse associates may assist with picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, sorting and organizing inventory, labeling products, preparing materials for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can work in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks, shipments, and deliveries as needed.
• Receive, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Label, scan, and verify products for accuracy.
• Assist with packaging, palletizing, and wrapping materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus but may not be required for all positions.
• Ability to work the assigned shift and schedule.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required by the position.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
