Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure properties are well-maintained.

• Manage tenant relations, inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements.

• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services.

• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Assist with leasing, tenant applications, and move-in/move-out procedures.

• Collect rent, monitor delinquent accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage property budgets, expenses, and operational reports.

• Ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, tenant relations, and property operations.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with property management software preferred.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

• Professional, dependable, and customer-service focused.

Compensation

$20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
