We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Assistant Service Manager to join a fast-paced automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have extensive dealership service department experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily dealership service department operations.

• Supervise and support service advisors and technicians.

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and timely service completion.

• Monitor workflow, productivity, and department performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive automotive dealership experience REQUIRED.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, or Senior Service Advisor strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of automotive service operations, repair processes, and dealership procedures.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and department profitability.

Compensation

$60,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
