No staffing experience is required. We will train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and place job seekers with local employers
• Make outbound calls to candidates and clients
• Build relationships with manufacturing and warehouse employees
• Match candidates to open positions
• Conduct interviews and onboarding activities
• Use computer systems and software to track recruiting activities
• Support sales and business development efforts
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and associates
• Meet daily and weekly activity goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Good attendance and reliability
• Comfortable talking to people by phone, text, email, and in person
• Sales aptitude and competitive mindset
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn, grow, and advance into leadership opportunities
