Position Details
- Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Lynden, WA
- Pay: $21.00–$22.00/HR
What You'll Do
- Operate a CNC milling machine that has been set up by another team member
- Monitor machine operation and production quality
- Load and replace materials as needed during production runs
- Deburr finished parts and prepare them for the next stage of manufacturing
- Perform basic inspections of completed components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Remain on your feet for much of the shift while monitoring equipment
- Follow all safety and production procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
