Packaging Associate - 2nd Shift

Located in Camarillo, CA

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Camarillo. The ideal candidate has previous packaging experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated production environment where quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and attention to detail are essential.

 

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay: $17.85 per hour

 

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on packaging of pharmaceutical products according to established procedures and specifications
• Prepare, label, package, and inspect products for shipment
• Operate packaging equipment and follow established operating procedures
• Accurately complete production and packaging documentation
• Inspect packaging and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
• Follow company safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
• Follow written instructions and production schedules
• Report packaging, quality, equipment, or material issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and product quality
• Perform other production and packaging duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

• Previous packaging, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Ability to accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and handle materials as required for the position

 

Employees will be paid in accordance with applicable California wage and hour requirements, including applicable overtime requirements.
