Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local company. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual with strong customer service and bookkeeping experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity. This position offers a mix of customer interaction, administrative support, and data entry responsibilities in a team-oriented office environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and clients
• Enter data accurately and maintain company records
• Assist with bookkeeping and related administrative tasks
• Perform general office support duties and document management
• Maintain organized and accurate files
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Accurate data entry skills with a high attention to detail
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment
• Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the workday
