Shipping & Logistics Clerk
Location: South Phoenix (Airport Area)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

About the Opportunity
We are a fast-paced manufacturing and production company seeking a dependable Shipping & Logistics Clerk to join our operations team. This position is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, processed, and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, label, and stage finished products for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy and completeness before shipment.
- Generate shipping labels, tracking information, and required documentation.
- Coordinate shipments with various carriers and transportation providers.
- Load and unload materials using warehouse equipment when authorized.
- Move products between production, staging, and shipping areas.
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
- Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding shipping priorities and delivery schedules.
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming materials as needed.
- Follow all workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand shipping documentation and work instructions.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment.
