We are seeking a Jr. Graphic & Production Assistant to support daily print production operations, graphic design projects, and brand management initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day print production operations, scheduling, workflow coordination, and project tracking.
• Support all stages of the print production process to ensure projects are completed on time and accurately.
• Create, edit, and revise artwork for print materials, marketing collateral, and production platforms.
• Prepare and finalize artwork files for print production.
• Operate and assist with printing equipment and production machinery.
• Upload and manage catalog images, product information, and digital content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects by following established branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve production challenges and meet deadlines.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute design ideas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in print production, graphic design, or marketing support is a plus.
• Basic understanding of file preparation, color management, and print specifications preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
