Recruiter (Contract Assignment) – Up to $30/hr

Help a healthcare team find great people, on a 3-month contract with a chance to extend.

Join a talent acquisition team supporting a respected Springfield-area healthcare organization. You’ll help bring in the people behind patient care by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping hiring moving for a variety of healthcare and administrative roles.

What You’ll Love

• Pay up to $30/hour, based on experience
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week
• 3-month contract with potential to extend

What You’ll Do

• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep candidate records accurate in the applicant tracking system
• Update applicants on hiring status and next steps
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Help with recruiting events, job fairs, and talent pipeline development
• Create a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer

What You’ll Bring

• Recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort juggling multiple openings and deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and applicant tracking systems is welcome
• Professionalism and an eye for detail
