Customer Experience Specialist (Part-Time / On-Call)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist for a local financial services client. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional service. This position serves as a key first point of contact and plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting day-to-day branch operations.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, On-Call

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through a service-focused approach
• Process information accurately while maintaining confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous banking or financial institution experience is helpful
• Minimum of 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Must be bondable
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Additional education or certifications in financial services are a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequent use of hands and wrists for typing and handling documents
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as needed
• Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
