Welder / Fabricator – Custom Hot Rod Shop

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $23.00-35.00/hr

Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator who enjoys custom work and takes pride in building something you can actually see come together?

We’re hiring for a custom hot rod shop in Dandridge, TN looking for a skilled, dependable Welder/Fabricator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on fabrication, welding, automotive projects, and custom builds rather than repetitive production work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welding and fabricating components for custom hot rod projects
• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling metal components
• Working from measurements, drawings, and project specifications
• Using fabrication and shop equipment safely and accurately
• Performing custom work that requires attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Working closely with the shop team to complete projects correctly

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous welding and/or metal fabrication experience
• Strong measuring and basic shop math skills
• Ability to work accurately with hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail
• Dependable work history and strong attendance
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
• Automotive or custom fabrication experience is a plus
