Production Control / Customer Operations Specialist

💰 Pay: $20–$22 per hour

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Control & Customer Operations Specialist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive customer production schedules and enter data into SAP.
• Perform shortage analysis and create shipment orders.
• Develop monthly sales plans and support annual business planning.
• Prepare daily shipment reports and monthly delivery summaries.
• Reconcile delivery data with customer records.
• Track monthly shipment data and accounts receivable status.
• Issue and manage invoices.

Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a MUST!
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
