Key Responsibilities

• • • • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
      • Process customer orders, quotes, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
      • Maintain and update customer records, account information, and order details within company systems.
      • Coordinate with sales, operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
      • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
      • Provide customers with updates regarding order status, shipment schedules, and product availability.
      • Support the sales team by preparing documentation, reports, and customer communications.
      • Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve service and satisfaction.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
      • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• • • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, order processing, or administrative support experience.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 8:30PM-5:00PM
