Job Title: Warehouse Operator and Delivery Driver
Location: Rochester, MN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Availability: On-call duties required on select weekends
Job Type: Full-Time

License Required: Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) Class C license with Hazmat endorsement

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator and Delivery Driver to join our team in Rochester, MN. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring timely, safe delivery of goods to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products in Rochester, MN
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks in a safe manner
• Maintain accurate delivery records
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including inventory management, order picking, and organizing stock
• Follow all safety and company procedures during warehouse and delivery operations
• Be available for weekend on-call duties as scheduled, and an occasional afternoon shift

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license required)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role (preferred)
• Strong understanding of safe loading/unloading procedures
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
• Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory systems a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Must pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience ($50,000-$55,000)
