Packaging Operators

Located in Ankeny, IA

Packaging Operators are responsible for inspecting, counting, sorting, and packaging small parts. This is a light industrial position that requires attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive, monotonous tasks throughout the shift. The work is not physically heavy, but candidates must be dependable, maintain consistent productivity, and be comfortable standing for extended periods and working 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-3 rotation schedule (every other weekend). These positions offer the opportunity to transition to permanent employment for the right fit.
