Overview:

A well-established custom stone fabrication shop in Kitsap County is seeking an experienced Stone Fabricator to join their team. Having built their reputation on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service, they’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that values its employees.

 

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and finish granite, quartz, marble, and other natural stone products
• Read and interpret measurements, layouts, and shop drawings
• Polish, edge, cut, shape, and prepare stone for installation
• Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with a team focused on quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of stone fabrication experience preferred
• Experience working with granite, quartz, marble, or similar materials
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
• Dependable, hardworking, and team oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
• Medical benefits available after 90 days
