The Specialized Recruitment Group is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative for an immediate opening. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping customers, managing orders, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Phone Support

• Enter customer orders accurately into the system
• Track order status and provide customers with shipping updates
• Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve customer inquiries
• Process catalog requests and maintain customer records
• Professionally handle inbound customer calls

Administrative & Order Management

• Respond to customer emails and inquiries
• Process web orders and resolve exceptions
• Enter orders received via email, mail, and fax
• Communicate with customers through online chat
• Research and process returns and exchanges
• Monitor deliveries and work with carriers to resolve shipping issues
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Prepare and mail catalogs and related materials

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Accurate data entry and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Compensation

$17.00-18.00 per hour
