Position: Cold Header Operator
Pay: $23–$26/hr
Schedule: Full-time
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Cold Header Operator to set up, operate, and monitor cold heading machinery used to manufacture metal fasteners and precision components. The ideal candidate will ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Set up and operate cold heading machines according to production specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain production records and report any equipment or quality issues.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
 
Qualifications:
 
Previous manufacturing or cold heading experience preferred.
Ability to read measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
