Sanitation Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Pay: Based on experience
Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sanitation Supervisor to oversee cleaning and sanitizing operations in a food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include supervising sanitation staff, assigning daily cleaning tasks, documenting completed work, inspecting equipment and production areas, and ensuring compliance with food safety, allergen control, FDA, SQF, and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing sanitation experience (wet and dry cleaning).

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, food safety, HACCP, and cGMP.

• Experience with CIP/COP cleaning methods and production equipment.

• Ability to read safety data sheets (SDS) and follow sanitation procedures.

• Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more and work in hot, cold, or wet environments.

• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
